Introduction
In recognition of its outstanding performances, Padakhep has been receiving special awards since 2004. Padakhep in turn has accorded awards to its stakeholders, specially the best performing staff working in different branch offices. The awards are related directly to the achievements in microcredit activities, the major program of the organization across the country.

1. Pro-Poor Innovation Award 2000
Padakhep Manabik Unnayan Kendra is awarded "Pro Poor Innovation Award" in 2000 by the Consultative Group to Assist the Poorest (CGAP)/World Bank, Washington, USA for Innovation of the Savings and Credit Program for the Street Children.
2. Atish Dipanker Research Parishad Fellowship Award 2004
Atish Dipanker Research Parisad awarded Padakhep the Atish Dipanker Research Parisad Fellowship Award in 2004 for its outstanding services in social welfare. Mr. Iqbal Ahammed, Executive Director of Padakhep received the award from Dr. Prof. Iazuddin Ahmed, the Hon'ble President, Govt. of the Peoples' Republic of Bangladesh.
3. Salehin Memorial Award 2004
Saleheen Memorial Award 2004 is given to Padakhep Manabik Unnayan Kendra for contributing social welfare activities to reduce poverty.
4. Best Partner Organization of Palli Karma Sahayak Foundation (PKSF) 2005
PKSF, the apex funding organization for promoting microfinance, organized a Microcedit Fair and Award giving ceremony for "Best Partner Organization of PKSF" marking the conclusion of UN International Microcredit Year, 2005. Dr. Muhammad Yunus, Nobel Laureate in Peace and the Founder Chairman of Grameen Bank, inaugurated the fair. Padakhep participated actively in the fair and represented the products of it beneficiaries. Padakhep was awarded the 'Best Partner Organization of PKSF'. The award was given away by the then Hon'ble Prime Minister, Govt. of the Peoples' Republic of Bangladesh. Mr. Iqbal Ahammed, Executive Director of Padakhep received the award. Chairman of PKSF Dr. Wahid Uddin Mahmud and its Managing Director Dr. Fakhruddin Ahmed addressed the function.
5. Begum Rokeya Shining Personality Award 2005
Narikantha Foundation, in observance of its 7th birth anniversary, organized a ceremony in presenting Begum Rokeya Shining Personality Award, 2005. Thirty four women and 14 men received the award in recognition of their contribution in the repsective sectors. Mr. Iqbal Ahammed, Executive Director, Padakhep received the award for its excellent contribution in microcredit and social development. The ceremony was arranged at Bagladesh Shilpakala Academy on 12 June 2006.
6. Best Micro Entrepreneur Award to Rabeya Khatoon in 2005
Rabeya Khatoon, a microcredit borrower of Padakhep received the award of US $ 1500 as the "Best Micro Entrepreneur of the Year" for her success in micro-entrepreneurship. On this occasion of the International Year of Microcredit (2005), the Citi Group Foundation and the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) jointly organized the function to distribute the award for outstanding services in micro-entrepreneurship. On November 21, 2005 the then Hon'ble Finance and Planning Minister M. Saifur Rahman gave away the award at a function held at hotel Sheraton.
7. Best Innovative Microcredit Entrepreneur Award to Nilufar Yasmin in 2006
Nilufar Yasmin, a microcredit borrower of Padakhep received the Citi Group Foundation Award of Tk 4.00 lakhs as the best Innovative Microcredit Entrepreneur of 2006-2007 for her outstanding success in producing and marketing cricket bats for children. The award giving ceremony was organized by Citi Group Foundation on September 2006. Dr. Osman Farruq, the then Hon'ble Minister for Education gave away the award to Nilufar Yasmin. Besides, Padakhep organized her visit to attend the Microcredit Summit at Halifax, Canada in November 2006.
8. Best Woman Micro Entrepreneur of the Year 2013 award from Citi Group
Roksana Begum, a beneficiary of the microfinance program of Padakhep won the “Best Women Micro Entrepreneur of the Year 2013” award from Citi Group for her success in producing and marketing paper cone (used in garments). On June 14, 2014 the then Hon’ble Finance and Planning State Minister M. Abdul Mannan gave away the award at a function held at hotel Pan Pacific Sonargaon, Dhaka.
9. Best Woman Micro Entrepreneur of the Year 2017 award from Citi Foundation
Khaleda Akter, a microcredit borrower of Padakhep win 13th Citi Microentrepreneurship Award in women category from the Citi Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Citigroup. She received ‘Best Women Micro Entrepreneur of the year 2017’ award for her outstanding success in producing and marketing of wooden furniture. The award giving ceremony was organized by Citi Foundation on May 12, 2018 at Hotel Westin, Dhaka. Mr Anisul Islam Mahmud, MP, Honourable Minister, Ministry of Environment and Forest, Government of Bangladesh, attended as Chief Guest and gave away the award to Khaleda Akter.
